Safety Hotline*
Eliminating workplace injuries is at the core of what we do. BrickStreet is committed to providing superior solutions and service, as well as giving policyholders the tools they need to make their workplace as safe as possible. As part of this commitment, we have established a safety and loss control hotline. This hotline provides policyholders access to a safety and loss control consultant to discuss an immediate issue and receive a real-time response.

This safety and loss control hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week as a resource for policyholders to be proactive with potential safety issues. We want to help prevent and eliminate injuries; as such, policyholders can use this hotline to discuss a sudden issue or situation that could pose a threat to employees. If a situation could become dangerous, call the hotline to discuss what initial steps should be taken from a safety perspective.

The hotline number should not be used to schedule BrickStreet safety services. Policyholders should continue to work with their agent or their assigned BrickStreet safety and loss control consultant to schedule individual services.

To access the hotline, call BrickStreet's toll-free number, 866.452.7425, and dial extension 4360 when prompted.

*Safety Hotline Disclaimer: BrickStreet may make recommendations for changes based upon your comments to us.
