Brickstreet has partnered with Premier Comp Solutions to access the Coventry Network to provide medical care to injured employees.
To locate another doctor, specialist or hospital within the Coventry PPO Network, click here to acces the Coventry site, then click "Find a Doctor".
Physician Panel States
◈ In Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia:
Physician Panels will be created utilizing the Coventry and Procura PPO Networks outlined above. The physician panel should be provided by your employer at the time of injury.

Pharmacy Network Search
Injured employees have the ability to receive a first-fill prescription for up to 14 days from the date of injury without a pharmacy card. Complete the
First Fill Form and take the form to a network pharmacy of your choice to obtain medication(s) related to your injury. Upon acceptance of the claim, a pharmacy identification card will be mailed to you within 24 hours.
