Bradley has a master's degree in Safety and Environmental Management and a bachelor's in Parks and Recreation Management, both from West Virginia University.
He works mostly with governmental agencies to initiate or advance occupational safety and health programs, reviews of employer safety programs, work sites, and conducts physical inspections and safety audits. He also helps employers identify and understand regulatory and training obligations, and risk management techniques.
Before joining BrickStreet, Bradley worked for the Army Corp of Engineers as a Safety and Occupational Health Specialist, where he worked in the identification, inspection, evaluation, and assessment of heavy construction and maintenance to locks and dams, reservoirs, material handling operations, and mechanical processes. He was also responsible for planning, development, and management of a comprehensive safety and occupational safety and health program for construction, general industry, and administrative work sites and as dive team supervisor, planned dive operations and dive techniques including emergency activities. He is OSHA authorized as an Instructor for General Industry and as an Instructor for Construction.
