Eli has a master's degree in Safety and Environmental Management and a bachelor's in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources, both from West Virginia University. Before coming to BrickStreet he was a research scientist at Georgia Tech and a safety specialist with the Army Corp of Engineers.
He works with policyholders to develop and implement proactive safety and health management systems with the emphasis on policy formulation with a goal of reducing and incidents and claims activity through management leadership and employee involvement. Professional services include safety and health management assessments, safety/health program and training audits, injury/illness trend analysis, facility inspections, focusing on hazard identification and control methods, and safety and health training.
