Bailey is a graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology. Prior to working with BrickStreet, Bailey spent almost nine years as a Mine Safety Instructor in the West Virginia office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training and 16 years in the mining industry. His mining experience includes engineering, construction, training, prep plants and underground and surface mining. Bailey is a Certified Mine Foreman, Certified Underground Miner and Certified Surface Miner and holds MSHA and WV certifications as a mining instructor and Mine Rescue instructor along with certifications as EMT-B, OSHA 501, DDC4 instructor and MSHA certified in dust and noise.
