Baldwin has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health, both from Marshall University. Previously, he worked in manufacturing and various general industry fields. Baldwin's current responsibilities include conducting safety audits and performing safety trainings. He is a Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM), OSHA 500 and 501trainer and a National Safety Council Defensive Driving Trainer.
