All policyholders are equally important to BrickStreet. We make some distinctions based on account size and locations in order to better understand your business, taking that better understanding and making it better customer service.
There is nothing average or typical about the policyholders who work with our standard accounts teams. The only thing that is standard is the high standards we set for the training and professionalism of our team members. The professionals on these teams understand that running a successful business is demanding and are there to meet all of your workers’ compensation needs.
Standard Account Teams - three teams covering northern, central and southern West Virginia: Any policy with an estimated annual premium over $10,000 and less than $100,000 and not a coal or government account. All PEO/Leasing policies are placed within the Standard teams regardless of premium size.
