Safety Assessment
Our Safety and Loss Control specialists will perform a comprehensive assessment of your safety management issues, including an inspection of the facility to identify needs and hazards within the operation(s). We then work to educate and train both management and employees on the proper way to assure workplace safety while identifying and avoiding workplace hazards.

On-site Programs
We provide on-site employee education and training support, such as forklift operation, manual material handling, hazards and control, regulatory compliance topics, etc.

Education and Training
We also provide employers with education/training materials, such as safety and return-to-work program development, risk/claim management, impact of accident cost against profitability, accident frequency and severity, accountability, compliance and disciplinary action.

Safety Program Development
We will work with you to support the development of a workplace safety program, helping to create those elements considered essential to an effective safety and health program.

Loss Analysis
We provide a review of the accident/claim activity to identify frequency and severity trends, accident repeaters, etc. and determine effective means to eliminate or minimize accident experience and hazards and reduce associated expense.

Ergonomic Evaluation

Ergonomics is the science and art of fitting the task to the worker, seeking to optimize human performance to generate maximum production and quality while reducing or eliminating fatigue, pain, or injury.

Our specialists review how the individual's workstation is set up and how the worker interfaces with it, and also the tasks performed to review body mechanics and motion efficiency. We will also look at the tools the worker uses and how well suited they are for the worker to use them, and at how the worker performs those tasks. Environmental issues such as lighting, temperature, noise, ventilation, and vibration may be evaluated.

Industrial Hygiene
Industrial Hygienists anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control environmental stresses arising in or from the workplace, which may cause sickness, impaired health or well being, or significant discomfort among workers or among the citizens of the community.

All contaminant sampling includes determination of concentration, evaluation of potential ill health effects, and recommendations for control.
