Effective Aug. 1, BrickStreet began a transition to the use of the industry-standard workers' compensation ACORD application 130. In conjunction with this transition, the BrickStreet application has been removed from our Web site.

During this transition, the BrickStreet application will still be accepted; however, the ACORD application is preferred and encouraged. Beginning Jan. 1, 2009, only the ACORD application will be accepted.

The ACORD application and instructions are now available under the Forms area of the Agent and Policyholder tabs on www.bricksteet.com. For our agents' convenience, the ACORD form also is posted on the Agent Portal.
