Online Reporting

BrickStreet is proud to announce a new way to report injuries.

Using the link found on the "Reporting Claims" tab of our Web site, policyholders now can report injuries online without having to log into E-Comp™, our compensation online management program. Policyholders will need their FEIN and policy number, including the three-digit suffix. These are used for login verification.

All workplace injuries must be reported to BrickStreet by the policyholder. It is not only the policyholder’s responsibility, but it is to their advantage to report as quickly as possible. Early reporting can help manage claim costs, return the injured worker to their job faster, and even positively impact your experience modifier.

In addition to the new online reporting feature, it is important to reiterate the other five ways that policyholders can file a claim. The most effective way is to call BrickStreet at 304.941.1000 or 1.866.452.7425; select policyholder and then option 1.

The other four ways to report are as follows:
  • File by using E-Comp;
  • File the report as an e-mail attachment to: escan@brickstreet.com;
  • Fax to 304.941.1294;
  • Mail the Employer's First Report (BI-3) to: BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Company, P.O. Box 3151, Charleston, WV 25332.

This is just one more way BrickStreet is delivering on our commitment of providing exemplary customer service to our policyholders - by making it even easier to report claims.
