The final BrickStreet 360° team to highlight is the Coal Accounts team.

The Coal Accounts team, led by Business Director David Casto, is responsible for all policyholders who fall under the following NCCI classifications: Underground or Deep Mining, Surface Mining, Coal Preparation Plants, Trucking (with Federal Black Lung Coverage) and Millwright (with Federal Black Lung Coverage).

Similar to the other seven teams we have profiled, this team provides services in the underwriting, claims, safety and loss control, premium audit, nurse case management and return-to-work fields.

The difference is that all of these services are unique when centered on the coal industry. Additional tools are being created, including deductible pricing and risk management reports, which help policyholders focus on their safety and return-to-work programs.
