BrickStreet has a new Mission Statement: PARTNERING WITH WEST VIRGINIA EMPLOYERS TO PROTECT THEIR GREATEST ASSET – THEIR EMPLOYEES.

The new statement is another evolution of our service pledge to our policyholders and better reflects our role as a private insurance company serving the businesses of West Virginia.

Looking at individual sections of the Mission Statement helps to provide a better understanding of the commitment we are making to our policyholders and potential policyholders. We are a business partner that can play a value-added role in enhancing our policyholders' business ventures. We live beside, socialize with, and engage in community activities with our policyholders. Our current focus is on our West Virginia employers. No other carrier will be as focused on West Virginia as BrickStreet.

BrickStreet helps policyholders protect their greatest asset (their employees) by focusing on safety, loss prevention, nurse case management and return-to work services.

BrickStreet knows employees (human capital) nearly always require the largest investment an employer can make both in time and money. Because of that, BrickStreet understands that returning injured employees to work as safely and quickly as possible protects our policyholders’ investments in those employees.
