These two teams are composed of non-coal or non-government policyholders with annual premiums of $100,000 or more. They are separated into Large North and Large South based on the geographic location of the agent's office serving the account, or if the policyholder does not have an agent, on the account’s principal mailing address.

Large North, led by Business Director Brandon Marshall, is responsible for 36 counties. Large South, led by Business Director Sally Edge, is responsible for 19 counties including Kanawha.

The unique challenge for these two teams is in identifying and providing a broad spectrum of services to meet the needs of large employers. These accounts typically have dedicated personnel to manage injury and risk prevention, claims and return-to-work procedures, and so establishing a relationship with these individuals becomes very important to understanding the challenges that they face in their specific industry and business. The teams continue to work with the agents and policyholders to develop an understanding of their needs and how we can best provide the services that will ultimately assist them in lowering their overall workers' compensation costs.
