To settle a claim, complete the Settlement Application.

The information be taken into consideration in determining the value of the claim for settlement. You do not need an attorney, but if you choose to hire one, please make sure your attorney sends BrickStreet a copy of the client/attorney contract.

Once the completed and signed Settlement Application is received, BrickStreet will begin its review of the claim or claims. You will be notified of the settlement position once the review process is completed. Any questions regarding the settlement process or the application should be directed to BrickStreet’s Settlement Unit at 1.866.45BRICK or 304.941.1000.
